In working with Patrick Malloy Communities, we wanted to convey the feeling of homes that were "on a different level." We achieved the new look with a new pocket folder that included several elements to give that upgraded look. This pocket folder includes 8 internal pages that show the lifestyle, the homes' unique looks, as well as the history that Patrick Malloy Communities has building in the Atlanta area.
