For Kerley Family Homes, we were excited to invite brokers and homebuyers alike to see our new homes and take a cruise on us.
It was the first summer with the amenities complete at Kyle Farm. To celebrate, we invited homeowners, perspective homeowners and brokers. We had games, a DJ, a bouncy house, giveaways and a food truck. The event was a huge hit with over 100 people attending the pool party and several contracts written with party attendees.
Spring had sprung and we were ready to have a fling at South Forsyth's newest community, Wescott. We were serving Tam's Backstage catering for lunch which is a huge draw and bottles of champagne for the first 10 agents. The invitation was for 11:30 and the agents started to line up their cars on the street at 11:00. The turnout was huge and all the agents sat around chatting in the model home as if it were a friend's party.
