Campaigns
For Wescott's Grand Opening, we wanted to celebrate with the realtors. We sent out cupcakes with our flyers and gave away bottles of champagne to the first 10 brokers who came in. While the luncheon was scheduled to start at 11:30 am, the first agents started to line up at the front door at 11:00 and stayed for the duration of the luncheon. It was a great turnout.

For Smyrna Grove, we drove traffic to the property with the "City Style with Suburbia Pricing" campaign.
